Back in 2003, when I took the leap into starting my own business, I quite honestly had no idea what I was doing...I just tried to and figure it out as I went along. There were so many decisions to make, and I learned the hard way more times than I’d like to admit. But those lessons taught me what works—and what doesn’t—when you’re building something from the ground up.
